I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the desk clerks to the cleaning staff. They made me feel right at home! The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and modern, providing a quiet and comfortable stay. The breakfast served exceeded my expectations with a great variety, especially considering it was in Italy. The location of this hotel was fantastic, just a short drive away from a charming town called Cittadella, which had plenty of fantastic restaurants and bars to explore. Additionally, the amenities available were top-notch, including a pool, sauna, whirlpool. The highlight of my stay was the amazing bath tub in the Master Suite - it was the best I have ever experienced!

In all honesty, I cannot think of any negatives about this place. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service and amenities.

The breakfast was decent and there were a few nice touches such as warm croissants and fresh coffee. The location was great, within walking distance of the town center and easy to access the ski slopes. the room was clean and had a decent amount of space.

The hotel is in dire need of some upgrades. The furniture and decoration were old and outdated, making the whole hotel feel dingy and unattractive.

We had a great time staying in this boutique hotel. the location was awesome, as it was very close to Cittadella, a cool little town to visit, with fantastic restaurants in the region. the room was cozy and clean with a nice view, and the bathroom was spacious and modern. the breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and courteous. We loved the pool, sauna, whirlpool, courtyard, spacious room, and great wifi.

There was no tea or coffee facilities in the room, and the decor was slightly outdated.

The pool area was nice to spend time in, and it was great that there was free parking available on-site. the staff was also polite and accommodating.

The room was poorly insulated, and this made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the breakfast had a very limited selection, and some of the items had not been stored properly.
